By far the best way is to force your body to adapt immediately to the local time zone. So, if you land in Australia at 9am but back where you came from it’s the middle of the night, eat lunch when the locals do … stay awake .. eat dinner at local dinner time … then go to sleep as late as you can. I’ve always found that if I could manage that (and sometimes it is very hard!) I wake up the next day feeling pretty much normal and acclimatised.

The aircraft and wake up at their time the very next day helps lot.
The aircraft and yea do like the locals do like the very next day helps lot.

The night before wake up early so right after you are in the plane just dont go to east to go to sleep at that time to local time of where.
