What regulations are there for flying JetBlue involving items such as shampoo/toothpaste and other toiletries?

I am flying to Florida for Spring break and flying JetBlue, this is my first time flying and I have a few questions such as baggage policy, the only things I can find online are things having to do with size of carryons and the like. I would want to know what the policy is for items such as shampoo whether checked or carried on. Thanks
can I have metal Cleats in my carryon?
