What is the most difficult jet lag, flying west or east?

Because of “TIME” Difference. You gain time going West and not as Tired. You Lose time going East, it much later when you get there. But, I sleep in both Directions and not get Jet-Lag.

My traveling companions would get back to see friends and cranky who me and took few days to get back.

The time difference and sleep on the way but occasionally once badly going west but occasionally once badly going west but it can catch up with you.
