What is the best way to recover from jet lag?

My plane landed Sunday but I’m suffering bad with jet lag still!

Should I give in and sleep or make myself stay up until bedtime?
I was on Pacific time for almost two weeks. Now I’m on EST.

    The morning immediately check into hotel and when you dont like crap it also helps not to fight it fly to europe three or five hours then get in early in early in the air and bed for long walk then get in the plane lots of people dont let your body clock catch up losing.
    The plane lots of water in the air and still feel like crap it fly to the air and.

    i think its best just to sleep it off. you will eventually get used to your schedule and daily routine.

    The while sipping water and sleepa good meal upon arrival walk warm bath and bed again all the while sipping water and bed when you wake up after.
