What is a good way to distract yourself from fear of flying while on a plane?

Sleeping asked: I'm afraid of flying, but do so rather often. I have a really long flight coming up, and don't want to spend it in torture.... Anyone want to share what you do to distract yourself from worrying while on an airplane? Thanks!Cordelie
