How to avoid Jet Lag?

jet lag
empirerecords13 asked:

I’m flying from Georgia to Arizona next month and I want to know two things:
-What to do on a the 4 hour flight
-and how to avoid Jet Lag!

My plane lands at noon Arizona time.
I know it’s not bad jet lag, so you guys don’t have to give me attitude or make me feel stupid. It’s my first time flying to the other side of the country, so I just want to be refreshed when I get there.

Uhhh……there is only a 2 hour time difference and you should experience minimal jet lag if any. Take a nap if you are worried.
