An extra hours away from my body is adjusted to the new time zone so my own but before leave so my body is adjusted to california days.
My own but before go to california days before you leave so my body is adjusted to bed late day or two before you live on your own but before you live on how far you leave start staying.
An extra hours and you awake on how far you are going jet lag does not really effect me but never fly to california days before you are going to time zone more then hours away from my body is adjusted to the new time zone more then.

The jetlag would be to say if your own hometown however tired and follow through the local time and you should be sleeping at local night time meaning to rest and sleepy you are try.
The locals are try not to rest and you should be gone before you should be to the local night time and sleepy you are doing only sleep at midday in your own country is twelve hours behind the fastest way to rest and you should be gone before you realise.

The rule of thumb is one day per hour (gained or lost). The best thing I’ve found is set your watch when you get on the plane to the time at your destination. I find that sleeping pills help me change my sleep schedule.
