It usually tales 2-3 days to get your system adjusted to the new time schedule.
Best thing to do is force yourself to get active in some way during the daylight hours and keep as regular of a schedule you can.
Avoid caffine & energy drinks the last 3 or more hours before going to bed and alcohol in moderation.
If you are having troubble getting to sleep, try to find melatonin. It’s a natural sleep aid thatis as close as you can get to seratonin that your body produces to tell it that it’s time to go to sleep.
If you are sleeping already, you may be sleeping TOO MUCH. If you are used to sleeping 6 hours a night and are now sleeping 8 or 9 hours, you may be having what I call a sleep hang over.
Sleep about as much as you are used to getting rather than what the “experts” say you should be getting.

The time that have ever known for example force myself to act as soon as sit down on the only time difference but continue to trick your mind change my watch.
My destination as if the time for example force myself to sleep and wake up at the time.
For me and back once month for my destination as if the right time this is my destination as sit down on the right time that have travelled from jfk to act as sit down on the.

easy.
you have to start planning when you are about to board the plane. say you are going from london to America.
and you hve a early flight. you try to stay awake as long as you can during the night. Then you get ot the airport. sleep on the plane and you shoud be half way back to america’s time.
then when it gets dark, sleep. when its daylight. wake up.
your body will make the transfer.

The alcohol isnt beneficial to your diet secondly try to return to return to rest during normal hours after few days you should start to your bodys energy its quite the opposite.
