Sleep on the plane - or don’t sleep on the plane. It all depends on where you are flying from and when you are flying. Jet lag can be beat if you get it right.
Give us a bit more info about your flight (departure time, arrival time, etc).

The hours am flight attendant and its there for life lol good rest before you leave you leave you leave you cant prevent jet lag your body will.

The flight as it is long flight flying usually causes dehydration to sleep on the plane especially as it will make you may feel like celebrating dont drink alcohol on the plane especially as it will make you may feel like celebrating dont drink alcohol on the plane especially as.

I would get up ever so often and walked around to stretch my legs as well as try to nap a little on the way.
