jet lag

How bad do you think my jet lag will be going from New Orleans to Vancouver? The entire travel time is 8 hours including a 2 hour layover in Dallas.

You won’t have jet lag — as others are saying. You are flying north and crossing only 1 time zone, a tiny matter — like going to Georgia. Do take your own cold water (freeze it first) and some snacks. Plane food is sparse and not particularly tasty. Put fruit and a sandwich in your carry-on. Have fun.
