Hopped multiple time zones, horrible jet lag?

I traveled from Chicago- Tokyo over the North pole and crossed the international date line. From Tokyo, I took a flight to Singapore. From Singapore, I arrived in India, all in the span of 30 hours. I have been sleeping at odd times ever since, feeling woozy, and my entire schedule has been thrown out of gear. How do I get over this horrible jet lag, and how long do you think I need to adjust?

I’ve done a lot of traveling, though, never such a crazy schedule like that!! Wow, that’s wild!! When I get to where I am going, I just have a good hard sleep. I may be dog tired, but I wait until 9 or 10 pm local time. Then I sleep all night until I wake up naturally and then I’m fine. Usually I sleep 11 or 12 hours, and that sorts me out.
