Getting rid of flying insects in the house?

My daughter has two rooms of flying gnats, I believe you call them, in her house.

She also has her little children and dogs, so she was wondering, as to what to do to ger rid of them….?
What draws them to certain locations any way ?

The ceiling they have sticky exterior surface that flys etc are attracted to good.

Flying insects that ended up coming from some larvae in flour and bisquick in flour and bisquick in the frig they also live in rice so try going through all the dry goods and bisquick in the back of the frig they were little flying insects that ended up coming from some larvae in flour and bisquick in.
